Shipping policy
Production time. Every Sophestia piece is made-to-order in small batches. Standard production takes 5–7 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Production begins the same business day if your order is placed before 12:00 PM EST; otherwise it begins the next business day.
Rush production. If you need your piece sooner than the standard timeline allows, rush production may be available for an additional fee. Contact us at hello@sophestia.com before placing your order with your ceremony or event date so we can confirm feasibility and provide a rush quote.
Wedding and event dates. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your ceremony or event date to allow for production and shipping. For international orders, allow 4–5 weeks in total. If your event is sooner, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping methods and timelines. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched with tracked shipping included on every order. United States orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment hub; orders outside the United States ship directly from our studio in Türkiye. The delivery estimates below are measured from the dispatch date.
- United States: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: Tracked international carrier. Delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand: Tracked international carrier. Delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: Tracked international carrier. Delivery in 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 8 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@sophestia.com.
Customs duties and import taxes. United States orders ship domestically and are not subject to import duties. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Sophestia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or stolen packages. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend: (1) check with neighbors and other household members; (2) look for a delivery notice from the carrier; (3) contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@sophestia.com and we will work with you to file a claim and arrange a remake or refund.
Delays beyond our control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, weather events, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
