Sophestia began with a simple question: what would it mean to make ceremony decor that's meant to last? We work in small batches, by hand, from Italian-loomed linen and washed canvas. Every piece is finished to mark a single day — and built to travel home as a keepsake.

Egemen runs Sophestia from a small atelier in İzmir, working with a trusted circle of seamstresses to finish each piece by hand. The materials — Italian-loomed linen, washed canvas — were chosen for one reason: they age into something better than they began.
