Wallpaper and wall mural help

Include the design name and your wall width and height. Each full-size panel ships 24 inches wide and covers 23 inches of wall after the 1-inch overlap at the side join. Choose a panel height taller than the wall so there is room to trim at the top and bottom. A 15 × 20 inch printed sample lets you compare color and material in your own lighting before ordering full panels.

Wedding and event orders

Include the product name, event date, exact wording and any design or color details. Our fabric signs and duck-fabric pieces use full-color DTF printing; fabric invitations are made from 100% linen. The first digital design proof is usually sent within 1–2 business days, although complex designs may take longer. Unlimited design revisions are included. After artwork approval, production takes 5–7 business days.

Existing orders

If you have already placed an order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. If your question concerns an item you received, explain the issue clearly and attach useful photographs when possible.
